HOW TO ORDER
You can order directly from this website through PayPal®. Select the product you want by pressing the Add to Cart button under each product. When you press the Add to Cart button, you will be routed to a secure PayPal® shopping cart page where you can select the quantity you desire. The Shopping Cart gives you the option of returning to shop for more items and add them to your cart.
Shipping charges and sales tax are calculated and reviewable prior to your final check-out. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
NOTE: A PayPal® account is NOT required to shop via the PayPal® Shopping Cart.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® cards. We also accept personal checks but please allow 2 weeks for check clearance. Along with PayPal® U.S. payments, we also accept many PayPal® international payments. COD is NOT accepted.
We use PayPal® for our online sales cart and Square® for our vendor location sales due to their worldwide reputations as secure payment solutions.
When ordering online, PayPal® will send you a confirmation via email, confirming that your order payment was received.
If ordering by mail or phone, we will send you an order confirmation by email if your email address is provided. Receipts are always sent along with purchases.
We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (domestic and international). You should expect shipping to take 2-5 working days in the U.S., not including order processing. International orders typically take 5-10 working days, not including order processing. Order processing usually takes 4 to 24 hours. If you need an item sooner, please contact us in advance of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with a different rate of shipping. Delivery tracking is available when items are shipped by Priority Mail.
We pack, invoice, and often ship orders within hours of receiving them so we can get them to you quickly. Therefore, if you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately! It's best to call us on the phone rather than email because by the time we go through all of the day's emails, your order may already be on its way to you. We do not pay for shipping on returned items.
Need to return an item?
For most items, we have a 30-day return policy if they have been unused. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund for the item. Please call us prior to returning an item so we can be sure to give you full credit for your purchase and provide you with a Return Authorization number and address for your return. Your account will be credited when the item arrives and is inspected by our office. But again, please note, we do not pay for shipping of the returned items.
Saga Hill products may be unexpectedly out-of-stock due to increased demand or if they are one-of-a-kind and have been sold. We make every effort to note on our sales pages which items are limited in quantity or are one-of-a-kind. Please read the product description carefully for this information.
We limit our liability to replacement or refund of a defective item. We cannot be responsible for damages, personal or otherwise, due to misuse or negligence while using a product.
We will never sell your personal information. We do not store your credit card info online or in our office. Credit card transactions are handled by our merchant services vendors (PayPal and Square). We cannot be responsible for fraudulent activity that may occur through their services.
